100% Arabica (Caturra G1) · The Soul of Honduras
Sourced from the high-altitude mountainous regions of Honduras – a tropical paradise with mild temperatures, abundant rainfall, and fertile soils that create the ideal conditions for exceptional coffee. This is where the legendary "Sherry" coffee is born, a remarkable expression of terroir and craftsmanship.
Whiskey Barrel Fermentation – The Art of Infusion
The coffee cherries undergo a meticulous washed process before being transferred to whiskey barrels for low-temperature fermentation. The tannins from the oak barrels gently infuse the beans, creating a captivating aroma that is both bold and refined. The result is a coffee that embodies the spirit of whiskey – intense, layered, and unforgettable. The natural sweetness of honey, the warmth of vanilla, and the richness of maple syrup weave together in perfect harmony.

Flavour Profile – A Symphony of Whiskey & Sweetness
A bold, aromatic cup where whiskey notes take centre stage, supported by delicate vanilla, honeyed cream, and maple syrup. The natural sweetness of honey and the warm embrace of vanilla are perfectly balanced with the rich, lingering depth of whiskey.
Tasting Notes by Temperature
Hot: Baileys-like sweetness, milk chocolate
Cooled: Whiskey, vanilla syrup, natural honey

The Art of Italian Espresso Begins with Respect for the Land
MARYLING Caffè was established in 2013. Italian coffee master Giulio travelled across 15 countries – including China – in pursuit of exceptional coffee. Through countless experiments, Giulio discovered the perfect blend ratios and roasting profiles that create a uniquely memorable taste. Each coffee undergoes rigorous chemical analysis and quality assessment, ensuring every can delivers the rich, aromatic excellence that defines MARYLING Caffè.
The green beans arrive at our roastery in Northern Italy. Our master roasters apply a precise light roast curve:
Light Roast → bold whiskey aromatics, delicate vanilla, honeyed cream, maple syrup sweetness, and a long, lingering finish
The beans are immediately sealed in airtight cans to preserve freshness. Each brew is a captivating encounter – from first sip to last.

From Pour-Over to Espresso – No Compromise
Whether you prefer a slow V60 pour-over, a French press, or a classic espresso, grind to suit your method. For espresso, aim for a fine-sugar texture; for pour-over, a medium grind. You'll get a bold, aromatic cup with layered whiskey, vanilla, and honey notes – never harsh or one-dimensional.
