Refund policy

Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your coffee order. Returned items must be in their original, undamaged packaging, unopened, unused, and in the same condition as when dispatched. If the product came with any free gifts or accompanying items, please return these as well.

Please contact our customer service team in advance to arrange the return. You may be required to provide proof of purchase (receipt), photographs of the product, and your contact details.

Please note: Returns sent directly without prior consultation will not be accepted.

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Our after-sales team will inspect the returned goods upon receipt. We will process your refund or exchange as soon as possible following verification. Providing the tracking number for your return parcel will help us to track your shipment promptly.

If you have returned the goods but have not received a confirmation notice from us, please contact us at support@markfastshop.com.

Once the refund process is complete, it may take up to ten working days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Return Postage

When returning items, you are responsible for the cost of postage to Hong Kong, China. The exact cost will depend on the courier service you choose.

If we need to exchange an item due to a fault on our part (e.g. the item has expired, the packaging is severely damaged, or the wrong item has been sent), we will cover the relevant postage costs.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are limited to coffee products of equivalent retail value. We cannot guarantee that an identical replacement will be available for limited-edition, discontinued or out-of-stock items.

General Terms

In the event of a dispute, we reserve the right of final interpretation and decision, including the right to amend or terminate the relevant services and terms without prior notice.
