100% Arabica (Geisha) · Rare; Extraordinary
Sourced from the legendary Gesha Village in western Ethiopia – hidden within the ancient Gori Gesha Forest, home to the world's original Geisha coffee variety. This is where the rarest and most prized coffee cherries are found, nurtured by the pristine natural environment that has sustained them for centuries.
The Birthplace of Geisha
Located in the remote highlands of western Ethiopia, Gesha Village is nestled within the oldest and most pristine Gori Gesha Forest. This extraordinary terroir produces coffee with a rare and complex flavour profile that has captured the attention of international coffee competition judges and connoisseurs alike. In recent years, the Gesha Village Foundation has been established to protect both the local community and the pristine growing environment that makes this coffee so exceptional.
Traditional Sun-Drying – The Secret to Natural Sweetness
Only fully ripe cherries are hand-picked and meticulously sorted before being placed on raised African drying beds. Over 2–3 weeks of natural sun-drying, the fruit's sugars and pectin slowly ferment and infuse into the beans – creating the intense sweetness, vibrant fruit notes, and layered complexity that make this coffee so exceptional.

Flavour Profile – A Symphony of Floral; Fruit
Opens with a lush, enveloping floral bouquet, as if surrounded by a garden of blooming flowers. A refreshing wave of lemon zest and bergamot follows, with subtle sweetness and delicate fruit notes unfolding with each sip. The rare and complex flavour profile includes lychee, sweet orange, yellow peach, and honeyed sweetness – a truly captivating cup.
Tasting Notes
Opening: Lush floral bouquet, garden-fresh
Mid-Palate: Lemon zest, bergamot elegance
Finish: Gentle sweetness, lychee and peach linger
Scientific Roasting – Custom Profile for Every Batch
Every batch undergoes rigorous chemical analysis and quality assessment. Our state-of-the-art Italian colour sorter uses optical and vibrational dual-selection to ensure only the finest beans make the cut. Each batch is roasted to a precise light roast curve, carefully calibrated to preserve the bean's delicate floral and fruit character.

Airtight Can – 730 Days Shelf Life
Premium 150g food-grade metal can with protective lid seal – lightproof, moisture-proof, and freshness-locked. The airtight seal keeps moisture and oxygen out, preserving every delicate aroma note.

The Art of Italian Espresso Begins with Respect for the Land
MARYLING Caffè was established in 2013. Italian coffee master Giulio travelled across 15 countries – including China – in pursuit of exceptional coffee. Through countless experiments, Giulio discovered the perfect blend ratios and roasting profiles that create a uniquely memorable taste. Each coffee undergoes rigorous quality assessment, ensuring every can delivers the rich, aromatic excellence that defines MARYLING Caffè.

The green beans arrive at our roastery in Northern Italy. Our master roasters apply a precise light roast curve:
Light Roast → lush floral bouquet, lemon zest, bergamot elegance, lychee and yellow peach sweetness, honeyed finish
The beans are immediately sealed in airtight cans to preserve freshness. Each brew is a rare encounter with Ethiopia's most prized terroir – from first sip to last.
From Pour-Over to Espresso – No Compromise
Whether you prefer a slow V60 pour-over, a French press, or a classic espresso, grind to suit your method. For espresso, aim for a fine-sugar texture; for pour-over, a medium grind. You'll get a bright, elegant cup with layered floral and fruit notes – never harsh or flat.
