Dispatch and Delivery Time
Orders will be dispatched and arranged for delivery by courier from Monday to Friday, between 9 am and 5 pm (HKT). During public holidays and promotional periods, order processing times may be extended. The processing time at customs and postal services may also increase during peak seasons or before major festivals. Additionally, the payment authorization review process may affect delivery times.
