ERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ONLINE SALE & PURCHASE OF GOODS

Online shopping services are provided by Caffe Maryling via https://caffemaryling.com/ (the “Website”). These terms (the “Terms”) apply to your purchase of all Caffe Maryling branded products through the Website. By accessing the Website or submitting an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms. In these Terms, “we”, “us”, or “our” refer to Caffe Maryling, and “Products” refer to Caffe Maryling branded products.

1. Eligibility and Purpose of Use

1.1. Under these Terms, we sell Products to you based on orders you submit through the Website. You agree to purchase the Products as set out in your order.
1.2. We sell and deliver Products only to end consumers. You warrant that the Products you purchase are for personal use only and not for resale or any commercial redistribution. If we reasonably suspect that you are not purchasing Products for personal use, we may refuse or cancel your order.
1.3. The Website is not intended for minors. If you are under 18 years of age, you may provide personal information or make a purchase only with the knowledge and consent of your parent or legal guardian.

2. Order Processing

2.1. You may submit an order by completing the online order form. Once the order form is submitted, an order number will be generated. From the moment the order number is generated, you are deemed to have confirmed the order and, except as otherwise required by law, you may not request changes or cancel the order.
2.2. Product displays on the Website do not constitute a sales offer from us but are merely an invitation for you to make a purchase.
2.3. Submitting an order constitutes an offer from you to purchase. We have the sole discretion to accept or reject the order without giving a reason. We do not guarantee that all displayed Products are in stock.
 (a) After receiving your order, we will send you an order confirmation email. This only confirms receipt of your order and does not mean we have accepted it.
 (b) We will formally accept your order when the Products are ready for shipment. For in-stock Products, this is typically within 72 business hours. We reserve the right to limit order quantities or reject part of an order. In some cases, we may require additional information before processing your order. You may contact us using the order confirmation email to check your order status.
 (c) When you receive a shipping notification or we otherwise inform you that the Products have been dispatched, we have accepted your order, and a sales contract (the “Contract”) is formed. The Contract supersedes all prior oral or written communications and agreements.
2.4. You must ensure that all information provided in your order (especially the delivery address and contact details) is accurate and complete. We are not liable for delivery delays or failures caused by inaccurate or incomplete information you provide.

3. Price and Payment

3.1. All prices on the Website are in USD. We may adjust Product prices at any time and correct any pricing errors on the Website. If a pricing error occurs, we will notify you promptly. You may then choose to continue the transaction at the corrected price or cancel your order free of charge.
3.2. We reserve the right to adjust prices if Product costs change due to unforeseeable factors beyond our reasonable control (e.g., currency fluctuations, tax adjustments, raw material or labor cost increases, changes in delivery arrangements at your request, or your failure to provide necessary information in a timely manner).
3.3. Unless otherwise stated, all payments must be made in USD via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Shopify Payments, or PayPal.
3.4. After we send the order confirmation email, we will charge the payment amount to the credit card you designated.
3.5. Your credit card payment will be processed by a third-party payment processor engaged by us. Payment information transmitted through the payment page will be encrypted.
3.6. We are not liable for any loss arising directly or indirectly from:
 (a) your failure to properly safeguard your payment information, resulting in that information being accessed or used by others during the payment process;
 (b) inaccurate information you provide during the payment process; or
 (c) other circumstances not caused by our fault and related to the selected payment method.

4. Promo Code Rules

4.1. Promo codes must be entered before an order is submitted to take effect. Each promo code may be used only once and cannot be applied retroactively to orders already submitted. Promo codes offering percentage discounts may not be combined with other discounts or promotions.
4.2. Promo codes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or equivalent credit.
4.3. Some Products may not be eligible for promo codes. Please carefully read the applicable scope of each promo code. If you use a promo code on an ineligible Product, we may cancel the relevant order.

5. Risk and Title

5.1. Risk of loss or damage to the Products passes to you when the Products are delivered to the address you provided. We are not liable for any damage caused by reasons beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to fire, flood, etc.) or by your acts or omissions.
5.2. Title to the Products remains with us until full payment of the order has been received. Title does not transfer upon delivery.

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

6.1. Defective Products

6.1.1. If you receive a defective Product, you must notify us in writing of the defect via our customer service phone number or email and return the Product to us within 14 days of delivery. If you fail to notify us or return the Product within that period, you are deemed to have accepted the Product and waived your rights (unless you can prove that you were genuinely unable to meet the deadline and acted as quickly as possible).
6.1.2. If you comply with Section 6.1.1 and can validly demonstrate a defect, we will, at our discretion: (a) replace the Product with the same Product free of charge (subject to Sections 6.1.3 and 6.1.5); or (b) refund the price you paid after receiving the returned Product (subject to Sections 6.1.4 and 6.1.5).
6.1.3. Other than shipping costs, you are responsible for all other expenses incurred in returning defective Products and receiving replacement Products.
6.1.4. The refund method will be determined by us.
6.1.5. Returned Products must be in their original, unaltered condition with original packaging. Any accompanying gifts or accessories must also be returned.

6.2. Change-of-Mind Returns

6.2.1. You may request a change-of-mind return within 14 days of delivery. Requests made after that period will not be accepted (unless you can prove that you were genuinely unable to meet the deadline and acted as quickly as possible).
6.2.2. Products returned for change of mind must be in their original, unaltered condition with original packaging. Any accompanying gifts or accessories must also be returned.

6.3. Order Cancellations

6.3.1. You may request to cancel an order before the Products have been dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellations will be handled under the change-of-mind return rules above.

6.4. All return, exchange, or cancellation requests must be submitted via our customer service phone number or email.

6.5. We reserve the right to make the final decision on any request under this Section 6. In case of any dispute, our determination will be final.
