Caffe Maryling was founded in 2013 by Italian coffee master Giulio. For Giulio, coffee has never been merely a beverage—it is a lifelong pursuit of perfection.
In search of the world's finest coffee beans, Giulio traveled across 15 countries—including China—over the course of several years. From high-altitude plantations in Latin America to the ancient coffee-growing regions of Yunnan, China, he traversed misty rainforests, engaged deeply with local farmers, and listened to the unique stories behind the beans from each origin. Every journey brought him one step closer to the perfect cup of coffee he envisioned.
After countless roasting experiments and meticulous cupping sessions, Giulio finally discovered the "golden ratio" for blending coffee beans. This exclusive formula imbues the coffee with a distinctive character: a rich, smooth mouthfeel, a deep and lingering aroma, and an unforgettable finish. Caffe Maryling sources its beans directly from the world’s most prestigious coffee-growing regions, including Ethiopia, Colombia, Indonesia, Panama, and Costa Rica. We partner with single-estate specialty growers and small-batch producers who share our unwavering commitment to quality and sustainability. Every bean is carefully selected, roasted with precision to ensure freshness, and blended with artisanal expertise.
Our product range spans from the premium Geisha from Ethiopia’s Gesha Village—a champion bean in international SCAA competitions, boasting layered notes of jasmine, lychee, and tropical fruits—to the rich, full-bodied Golden Mandheling from the high-altitude regions of Sumatra, Indonesia.
