100% Arabica (Heirloom) · The Legend of "Hua Kui"
Sourced from the renowned Buku Abel processing station in Hambela, Guji, Ethiopia – birthplace of the legendary "Hua Kui" (Flower Champion). Grown at 1900–2350 metres in pristine mountain terrain, this coffee has captivated lovers across China with its exquisite floral and fruit complexity.

Flavour Profile – A Symphony of Fruit; Floral
Saturated strawberry-like acidity with pronounced sweetness, delicate rose florals, and a silky, creamy body. Clean, tea-like finish with a long, lingering aftertaste. A beautifully layered cup that evolves with every sip.

Traditional Sun-Drying Process
Only fully ripe red cherries are hand-picked and meticulously sorted before being placed on raised African drying beds. Over 2–3 weeks of natural sun-drying, the fruit's sugars and pectin slowly ferment and infuse into the beans – creating the intense sweetness, vibrant fruit notes, and layered complexity that define this exceptional coffee.

Italian Roasted; Canned
Every batch is roasted and sealed in Italy. Precision temperature control preserves the delicate floral and fruit aromatics while developing a clean, elegant body.

Versatile Brewing
Works with V60 pour-over, French press, espresso machines, moka pot, and drip bags. Home or outdoor – barista quality anywhere.

Airtight Can – 730 Days Shelf Life
Full metal can with 150g net weight. Airtight seal locks out oxygen and preserves the coffee's aromatic richness.

The Art of Italian Espresso Begins with Respect for the Land
MARYLING Caffè was established in 2013. Italian coffee master Giulio travelled across 15 countries – including China – in pursuit of exceptional coffee. Through countless experiments, Giulio discovered the perfect blend ratios and roasting profiles that create a uniquely memorable taste. Each coffee undergoes rigorous quality assessment, ensuring every can delivers the rich, aromatic excellence that defines MARYLING Caffè.

The green beans arrive at our roastery in Northern Italy. Our master roasters apply a precise light-medium roast curve:

Light-Medium Roast → saturated strawberry acidity, sweet citrus, delicate rose florals, creamy mouthfeel, and a clean, tea‑like finish with lingering sweetness

The beans are immediately sealed in airtight cans to preserve freshness. Each brew is a journey into the heart of Ethiopia – from first sip to last.

From Pour-Over to Espresso – No Compromise
Whether you prefer a slow V60 pour-over, a French press, or a classic espresso, grind to suit your method. For espresso, aim for a fine-sugar texture; for pour-over, a medium grind. You'll get a bright, complex cup with layered fruit and floral notes – never harsh or dull.
