The Art of Italian Espresso Begins with Respect for the Land
MARYLING Caffè inherits a century of Italian roasting tradition. We reject ordinary blends. Instead, we go directly to Rainforest Alliance‑certified farms in Colombia and Brazil – where only hand‑picked Arabica cherries are selected.
The green beans arrive at our roastery in Northern Italy. Our master roasters apply two distinct curves:
Rainforest Fine (Medium Roast) → red apple sweetness, almond finish
Brazilian Rainforest (Light‑Medium Roast) → citrus brightness, cane sugar sweetness
We then combine them in an optimal ratio and can them immediately. Each brew is a layered journey – from first sip to last.
From Professional Espresso Machines to Portable Makers – No Compromise
Whether you use a semi‑automatic espresso machine, a fully automatic, or a handheld portable espresso (e.g. Picopresso, Minipresso), grind to a fine‑sugar texture. Under 9 bars of pressure, you’ll get a hazelnut‑colored crema with a round, smooth mouthfeel – never sharp or bitter.
