100% Arabica G1 · Roman Holiday Italian Espresso Blend
A masterfully crafted Italian espresso blend, born from over a hundred trials and precision adjustments to achieve the perfect golden ratio. This signature blend combines premium Grade 1 Arabica beans from Latin America, Colombia, and Indonesia – each selected for their exceptional quality and unique character. The result is a coffee of remarkable depth and elegance, embodying the timeless spirit of Italian espresso culture.

Flavour Profile – A Symphony of Depth Elegance
The medium-dark roast brings out a rich and complex flavour profile. Opens with a distinct tea-like elegance, followed by warm nutty notes, bright apricot fruitiness, and a deep, lingering dark chocolate finish. The balanced acidity and pronounced caramelisation create a full, thick-bodied cup with a smooth, satisfying mouthfeel. Hidden beneath the rich nut and chocolate notes lies a pleasant, well-rounded fruit acidity – a delightful surprise that adds depth and vibrancy to every sip.

Tasting Notes
Opening: Tea-like elegance, smooth and refined
Mid-Palate: Warm nuts, bright apricot, caramel sweetness
Finish: Rich dark chocolate, lingering and full-bodied

The Golden Ratio – Crafted for Perfection
After hundreds of blending trials, our master roasters achieved the optimal combination of beans from Latin America, Colombia, and Indonesia. This precise blend creates a coffee of exceptional balance and complexity, with a rich, full-bodied character that is unmistakably Italian. The lower caffeine content (0.9%–1.2%) delivers a refreshing, smooth experience without compromising on flavour intensity.

Roasted with PROBAT – German Craftsmanship, Italian Precision
Every batch is roasted using the legendary PROBAT roaster – a century-old German brand renowned for precision and reliability. Each coffee bean is hand-selected, and the roasting time and preheat temperature are meticulously calibrated. Following a carefully designed roast curve, the beans are cooled promptly upon reaching the target temperature to lock in their full flavour potential. After roasting, every batch undergoes a second round of hand-sorting before being sealed in cans and delivered to you.

Versatile Brewing
Designed to perform across multiple brewing methods. Works equally well with espresso machines, V60 pour-over, French press, moka pot, and drip bags. Home or outdoor – barista quality anywhere.

Airtight Can – 730 Days Shelf Life
Premium 150g food-grade metal can with protective lid seal – lightproof, moisture-proof, and freshness-locked. The airtight seal keeps moisture and oxygen out, preserving every delicate aroma note.

The Art of Italian Espresso Begins with Respect for the Land
MARYLING Caffè was established in 2013. Italian coffee master Giulio travelled across 15 countries – including China – in pursuit of exceptional coffee. Through countless experiments, Giulio discovered the perfect blend ratios and roasting profiles that create a uniquely memorable taste. Each coffee undergoes rigorous quality assessment, ensuring every can delivers the rich, aromatic excellence that defines MARYLING Caffè.

The green beans arrive at our roastery in Northern Italy. Our master roasters apply a precise medium-dark roast curve:

Medium-Dark Roast → tea-like elegance, warm nuts, bright apricot, rich dark chocolate, full-bodied and caramelised

The beans are immediately sealed in airtight cans to preserve freshness. Each brew is a Roman holiday for the senses – from first sip to last.

From Espresso to Pour-Over – No Compromise
Whether you prefer a classic espresso or a slow V60 pour-over, grind to suit your method. For espresso, aim for a fine-sugar texture; for pour-over, a medium grind. You'll get a rich, full-bodied cup with layered tea, nut, and chocolate notes – never sharp or bitter.
