100% Arabica (Typica) · Kopi Luwak
Sourced from Indonesia, this exceptional Kopi Luwak is crafted through a unique bio‑fermentation process. The beans are naturally fermented within the civet's digestive system, creating a one‑of‑a‑kind flavour profile featuring complex notes of spice, chocolate, cream, mint, and a subtle tea‑like finish.

The Legend of Kopi Luwak
Known locally as "Luwak," the Asian palm civet is a nocturnal animal that feeds primarily on tropical fruits. During the coffee harvest season, free‑roaming civets in the coffee farms select only the ripest cherries as their food. The coffee beans pass through the civet's digestive system, where natural enzymes and fermentation create a uniquely smooth, complex flavour that cannot be replicated by any other process.
Italian Roasted; Canned
Every batch is roasted and sealed in Italy. Precision temperature control locks in the deep, layered flavours – bold spice, velvety chocolate, cool mint, and a lingering tea‑like finish.
Versatile Brewing
Works with V60 pour-over, French press, espresso machines, moka pot, and drip bags. Home or outdoor – barista quality anywhere.
Airtight Can – 730 Days Shelf Life
Premium 150g food‑grade metal can with strong airtight sealing – lightproof, moisture‑proof, and freshness‑locked. Each batch undergoes four rounds of hand‑sorting to ensure consistent quality in every can.

The Art of Italian Espresso Begins with Respect for the Land
MARYLING Caffè was established in 2013. Italian coffee master Giulio travelled across 15 countries – including China – in pursuit of exceptional coffee. Through countless experiments, Giulio discovered the perfect blend ratios and roasting profiles that create a uniquely memorable taste. Each coffee undergoes rigorous quality assessment, ensuring every can delivers the rich, aromatic excellence that defines MARYLING Caffè.

The green beans arrive at our roastery in Northern Italy. Our master roasters apply a precise medium roast curve to honour this rare and exceptional bean:
Medium Roast → bold spice complexity, rich chocolate, creamy mint, lingering tea‑like finish, with a deep, velvety body and lasting sweetness
The beans are immediately sealed in airtight cans to preserve freshness. Each brew is a remarkable journey – from first sip to last.
From Pour-Over to Espresso – No Compromise
Whether you prefer a slow V60 pour-over, a French press, or a classic espresso, grind to suit your method. For espresso, aim for a fine-sugar texture; for pour-over, a medium grind. You'll get a deep, complex cup with bold spice, rich chocolate, creamy mint, and a lingering tea‑like finish – never harsh or one‑dimensional. The high viscosity and clean mouthfeel deliver an unforgettable coffee experience.
