100% Arabica (Geisha) · Green Label · Private Reserve
Sourced from the legendary Hacienda La Esmeralda in Boquete, Panama – one of the world's most celebrated coffee estates. Nestled on the eastern slopes of the Barú Volcano, shrouded in perpetual mist, the Boquete region's rich volcanic soils and extraordinary biodiversity create the perfect conditions for producing coffee of exceptional character. The "Green Label" represents La Esmeralda's private reserve selection – a coffee of remarkable elegance and complexity.

The Legacy of La Esmeralda
Hacienda La Esmeralda, also known as the Emerald Estate, is located on the outskirts of Boquete in southwestern Panama. In the late 1990s, the Peterson family discovered the extraordinary potential of the Geisha coffee variety. Through meticulous cultivation and dedication, they began entering competitions in 2004 – and won. Year after year, La Esmeralda's Geisha has claimed top honours in coffee competitions worldwide, cementing its status as a true icon in the global coffee market.
The Esmeralda Collection
La Esmeralda produces four distinct brands: Esmeralda Special (the crown jewel), Green Label (private reserve), Palmyra, and Diamond Mountain. Each represents a different expression of the estate's exceptional terroir.
Flavour Profile – A Burst of Sunshine
Like a radiant burst of spring sunshine, this coffee opens with an immediate explosion of sweet orange, followed by the warmth of honey and the elegant, lingering finish of black tea. The layered complexity unfolds with each sip – bright and vibrant, yet refined and balanced. A truly remarkable cup.
Tasting Notes
Opening: Bright sweet orange, vibrant citrus
Mid-Palate: Honeyed sweetness, warm and inviting
Finish: Elegant black tea notes, clean and lingering
Meticulous Cultivation; Harvesting
Quality control at La Esmeralda begins with the pickers. Farmers are carefully instructed on which cherries to select and are paid premium rates to ensure only fully ripe, deep-red coffee cherries are harvested. Every batch is meticulously inspected for defects or under-ripe beans, and countless hours are invested in refining each detail to achieve exceptional cup quality. It is this unwavering attention to detail, combined with the estate's terroir and processing expertise, that has earned La Esmeralda its devoted following worldwide.

Washed Process – Bright; Clean
The coffee undergoes a meticulous washed process. After harvesting, floating beans are removed before the fruit is de-pulped. The beans are then fermented in tanks for 18–36 hours to break down the mucilage, washed clean, and sun-dried to 12–14% moisture content. This careful process removes impurities and defects while preserving the bean's bright, clean, and refined character.
Italian Roasted; Canned
Every batch is roasted and sealed in Italy. Precision temperature control during the light roast profile preserves the delicate citrus sweetness, honey warmth, and tea-like elegance that define this world-class coffee.

Versatile Brewing
Works with V60 pour-over, French press, espresso machines, moka pot, and drip bags. Home or outdoor – barista quality anywhere.
Airtight Can – 730 Days Shelf Life

The Art of Italian Espresso Begins with Respect for the Land
MARYLING Caffè was established in 2013. Italian coffee master Giulio travelled across 15 countries – including China – in pursuit of exceptional coffee. Through countless experiments, Giulio discovered the perfect blend ratios and roasting profiles that create a uniquely memorable taste. Each coffee undergoes rigorous quality assessment, ensuring every can delivers the rich, aromatic excellence that defines MARYLING Caffè.

The green beans arrive at our roastery in Northern Italy. Our master roasters apply a precise light roast curve:
Light Roast → bright sweet orange, warm honey, elegant black tea, and a clean, lingering finish
The beans are immediately sealed in airtight cans to preserve freshness. Each brew is a radiant burst of sunshine – from first sip to last.
From Pour-Over to Espresso – No Compromise
Whether you prefer a slow V60 pour-over, a French press, or a classic espresso, grind to suit your method. For espresso, aim for a fine-sugar texture; for pour-over, a medium grind. You'll get a bright, elegant cup with layered citrus, honey, and tea notes – never harsh or flat.
