100% Arabica (Geisha) · The Cradle of "Geisha Champion"
Sourced from the legendary La Esmeralda estate in Panama – specifically the renowned Canas Verdes farm, the birthplace of the record-breaking "Geisha Champion." With meticulous lot division, every batch of Geisha from this estate is fully traceable to its precise origin. Grown at 1600–1800 metres in the cool highlands of Boquete, this coffee represents the pinnacle of Panamanian terroir.
Flavour Profile – A Dancer in Motion
Like an elegant dancer flowing effortlessly between movement and stillness, this coffee presents a graceful symphony of flavours. Delicate jasmine florals dance with vibrant citrus, lively sweet orange, and a serene matcha-like finish. A beautifully layered cup that shifts and evolves with each sip – from bright and lively to calm and lingering.

Tasting Notes

Airtight Can with One-Way Valve – 365 Days Shelf Life
Premium food-grade metal can with a one-way degassing valve – allows fresh-roasted beans to release CO₂ while keeping oxygen out. Lightproof, moisture-proof, and freshness-locked, preserving every delicate aroma note.

The Art of Italian Espresso Begins with Respect for the Land
MARYLING Caffè was established in 2013. Italian coffee master Giulio travelled across 15 countries – including China – in pursuit of exceptional coffee. At the heart of this journey lies Panama's La Esmeralda estate, where the legendary Canas Verdes farm produces the world's most coveted Geisha coffee. Our master roasters apply a precise light-medium roast to honour the bean's extraordinary complexity – never masking its natural elegance.
The green beans arrive at our roastery in Northern Italy. Our master roasters apply a precise light-medium roast curve:
Light-Medium Roast → delicate jasmine florals, vibrant citrus and sweet orange, smooth matcha-like finish, and a clean, lingering tea-like elegance
The beans are immediately sealed in airtight cans with one-way valves to preserve freshness. Each brew is a graceful dance – from first sip to last.
From Pour-Over to Espresso – No Compromise
Whether you prefer a slow V60 pour-over, a French press, or a classic espresso, grind to suit your method. For espresso, aim for a fine-sugar texture; for pour-over, a medium grind. You'll get a bright, elegant cup with layered floral and citrus notes – never harsh or flat.
