100% Arabica (Blue Mountain) · Jamaica's Rarest Treasure
Sourced from the legendary Clifton Farm on the island of Jamaica – home to the world's most coveted Blue Mountain coffee. Jamaica's coffee production accounts for just 0.02% of the global market, and Blue Mountain coffee is even rarer, with annual yields under 900 tonnes. Only about 25% of all Jamaican coffee beans can bear the distinguished Blue Mountain name – a testament to its exceptional quality and scarcity.

The Rarity of Blue Mountain
Nestled in the pristine Blue Mountain range of Jamaica, this coffee is cultivated under strict quality standards. The combination of rich volcanic soils, cool misty climate, and meticulous farming practices produces a bean of extraordinary character – one that commands the highest prices in the world coffee market.

Flavour Profile – Perfectly Balanced
Rich and full-bodied with a harmonious interplay of flavours – sweet caramel, roasted nuts, and a lingering black tea elegance. The bitterness, acidity, and sweetness are perfectly balanced, with no single note dominating. A smooth, mellow cup with exceptional clarity and a long, satisfying finish.

Washed Process – The Secret to Blue Mountain Purity
The washed process is essential to Blue Mountain's signature clean profile. Ripe cherries are de-pulped and fermented for 12–18 hours to break down the mucilage. The beans are then washed clean through friction and flowing water, before being sun-dried to 12–14% moisture content. Finally, each batch undergoes rigorous hand-sorting to ensure defects remain below 2% – a standard that guarantees exceptional purity and consistency.

Italian Roasted; Canned
Every batch is roasted and sealed in Italy. Precision temperature control during the medium-dark roast profile brings out the rich caramel sweetness, nutty depth, and lingering black tea finish that define this legendary origin.

Versatile Brewing
Works with V60 pour-over, French press, espresso machines, moka pot, and drip bags. Home or outdoor – barista quality anywhere.

Airtight Can – 365 Days Shelf Life
Premium 150g food-grade metal can with strong airtight sealing – lightproof, moisture-proof, and freshness-locked, preserving every delicate aroma note.

The Art of Italian Espresso Begins with Respect for the Land
MARYLING Caffè was established in 2013. Italian coffee master Giulio travelled across 15 countries – including China – in pursuit of exceptional coffee. At the heart of this journey lies Jamaica's Blue Mountain, where Clifton Farm produces the world's most sought-after coffee. Our master roasters apply a precise medium-dark roast to honour the bean's legendary balance and complexity – never masking its natural elegance.

The green beans arrive at our roastery in Northern Italy. Our master roasters apply a precise medium-dark roast curve:

Medium-Dark Roast → rich caramel sweetness, warm nutty notes, lingering black tea elegance, and a perfectly balanced, smooth finish

The beans are immediately sealed in airtight cans to preserve freshness. Each brew is a journey to the misty peaks of Jamaica – from first sip to last.

From Pour-Over to Espresso – No Compromise
Whether you prefer a slow V60 pour-over, a French press, or a classic espresso, grind to suit your method. For espresso, aim for a fine-sugar texture; for pour-over, a medium grind. You'll get a smooth, perfectly balanced cup with rich sweetness and a lingering tea-like finish – never sharp or overpowering.
